Brunch at Le Vallauris
Paul Bruggeman is pleased to invite guests to the best brunch in Palm Springs at his Le Vallauris Restaurant which was opened in 1974 at the urging of his many famous Hollywood clientele who wanted a restaurant to eat in when they were in Palm Springs. The restaurant is located in a 1927 era cottage that is filled with antiques from the Louis XV period and Flemish tapestries.
Excellence does not pretend to describe their outstanding service with much attention paid to every detail. Usually Paul Bruggeman is overseeing the details himself. The service sets the standard you wish all food establishments would follow.
Guests who choose to sit on the patio will be in for a magical experience. The breathtaking patio has been voted number 1 in Palm Springs for romance. It is built in the location of the former swimming pool and is a mini forest of lupe ficus tress with enchanting lighting.
The exquisite French and Mediterranean food at La Vallauris is prepared by executive chef Jean Paul Lair, originally from Vichy France, using only the freshest ingredients. For starters, guests can choose from soft and buttery limestone lettuce with walnuts and apples which are covered with a nut oil dressing or shrimp wrapped n kataifi dough resembling shredded phyllo and served with a spicy ginger sauce among several other choices. The meal continues with the highly recommended tender roasted filet of beef with the best cognac truffle sauce you have ever eaten. Those who want a lighter meal should try the white fish from Lake Superior with a mustard mousseline sauce made with the freshest shallots and Dijon mustard that will simply melt in your mouth. Jean Paul Lair also has several other choices available.
Those choosing to accept this very special invitation will be in for a wonderful time that will make memories that will last a lifetime.
