First you will be starting with Chef Jean Paul Lair. Chef Jean Paul Lair is known throughout California for understanding that a meal is only as good as its presentation and surroundings. At Le Vallauris they have brought out us a one of a kind romantic eatery, with your new lesson you will be able to take some of the magic home. Chef Jean Paul Lair will help you learn how to make step by step his world class Avocado Crab Roll. He will make sure that you learn each step to perfection so you can impress with this wonderful appetizer. The presentation will show how he prepares the Crab Roll to be excellent tasting along with proper presentation.
For the main course he will be teaching you how to prepare a Grilled Filet of Beef Bearnaise with Pomme Gaufrette and Tomato Provencale. This wonderful dish will have your loved one astonished with your creativity in the kitchen.
Next we will be greeted with Pastry Chef Laurent Delac who will instruct us how to prepare a Chilled Strawberry and Mint Soup with Pistachio Wiped Cream and Madeliene Cookie. During the presentation he will make sure you understand how to present it correctly on the plate to finish the mea off correctly.
During the presentation you will be joined with people that love cooking as much as you do. The presentation will be open for questions so you don’t get lost in the preparation process. You will also be given the recipes and writing materials to write down notes during the presentation.
Once the cooking is done you will be able to enjoy the three course meal yourself with your classmates.
