Le Vallauris Remains the Destination of Choice for Discerning Palates


As we leave the candy-laced spooky month of October behind us, we welcome a leafy November filled with excellent food! Jewel of Palm Springs and heralded by restaurant connoisseurs internationally, Le Vallauris remains the destination of choice for discerning palates everywhere. We are proud to feature a very reasonable $35 prix fixe luncheon menu that will have you returning to our festooned tables often this month.Our meal begins with an exquisite ahi tuna, roasted red beet salad, or seasonal soup, then offers up either grilled duck in our signature griotte cherry reduction, Boston scallops, or a special porcini tart with prosciutto di Parma. Le Vallauris desserts are always an indulgence, never to be forgotten. Despite a prix fixe price, guests are welcome to choose desserts à la carte including Guayaquil, and other delicious selections.

When you eat at our restaurant, you can expect the highest quality and freshest foods available. For the nutrition-conscious, we even feature a special new dessert inspired by the Ambassador of Eternal Youth, timeless Suzanne Somers. Using Somersweet, her unique blend of guilt-free natural sweet fibers, we have created a sponge cake that is soaked in a passion fruit broth as well as rum ice cream, and cover it with tropical fruits. We congratulate Ms. Somers for being nominated by the Women’s International Center to receive a Living Legacy Award for her health-conscious work, and we honor her with our own culinary signature by featuring this special dessert on our menu.

If you decide to venture onto the a la carte menu, indulge yourself with wild boar paté, Burgundy escargots, or hickory house smoked salmon. For the main courses, you will discover an original caesar salad, maine lobster raviolis, roasted half duck with orange zest sauce, and the chef is always open to special requests for specific vegetarian or diet-specific entrées. Always careful to serve sustainable meals, another special not-to-be-missed at our restaurant is the delicate seared Lake Superior white fish.
